Au cours d'un parcours riche de 35 ans entre la gestion, les ressources humaines, le domaine social et le ministère pastoral en Allemagne, en France et en Suisse, j'ai placé l'humain au cœur de mes engagements. Confronté à la complexité des parcours de vie et aux doutes de chacun, j’ai développé une conviction profonde : la prévention et la bienveillance sont les piliers fondamentaux d'une société épanouie.
Aujourd'hui, en collaboration directe avec Pro Mente Sana, je déploie le programme officiel ensa sur le territoire de la Suisse romande. Mon objectif est d'outiller le plus grand nombre pour briser le tabou de la santé mentale et offrir une aide concrète et précoce.
Mon action s'adresse à :
Aux Entreprises : Sensibiliser et former vos équipes et managers pour repérer les signes de détresse psychique, libérer la parole et agir avec empathie.
Aux Organisations & Associations : Ancrer la prévention et la sécurité psychologique au sein de votre culture organisationnelle.
Aux Particuliers : Transmettre des compétences vitales pour soutenir vos proches et devenir un véritable acteur du prendre soin au quotidien.
Créer des environnements inclusifs et destigmatisants est ma priorité.

Throughout my 35-year career in Germany, France and Switzerland, I have always been passionate about the development of the human being in its personal, professional, spiritual and psychological dimensions.
I was responsible for the organization of the language training of the staff of the European Patent Office in Munich. Executive assistant in multinational and Geneva based companies, I also had the opportunity to coordinate MBTI® trainings for HR managers in Europe. At the same time, as leader of the "Parents Network" at Procter & Gamble and Coty in Geneva, I have organized numerous conferences to help parents maintain the delicate work-life balance. Coach MBTI® and Strong®, I also guided the children of employees in their educational and professional orientation. Mentor to business assistants, I was involved in managing careers, talents and skills.
My husband and I have been involved in pastoral work for 8 years and have accompanied couples and families with personal problems through mediation.
